The hotel comprises of 70 well appointed en suite guestrooms, 40 of the rooms are in the Garden wing and 30 in the Pool wing. All rooms have a private balcony, telephone, security safe, radio, internet connection and a satellite TV.

The 64 en-suite fully equipped rooms include 44 tents, 3 family houses 6(2 per house) and 14 deluxe rooms. The room service entails hot shower, some rooms have view of Ngama Hills, safe deposit box available at manager’s office on request and solar power.

Sentrim Elementaita has a total of 84 rooms as follows: 10 deluxe cottages, 32 ground floor standard cottages, 16 upper floor standard cottages, 4 family houses each with two bedrooms and 18 standard rooms beneath the conference rooms. All the rooms are equipped with the following; tea/coffee making facility, mini fridge, Azam TV in the rooms and DSTV in the bar, free WIFI, in-house telephone and a digital safe.
Elementaita
The Outspan Hotel Nyeri has 45 Rooms with colonial architecture spread over 20 Acres. The hotel has spacious guest rooms which have wooden floors, fireplaces, bath tub plus shower, balcony, garden access and most of all, face Mount Kenya. Standard guest amenities include telephones, satellite TV’s, coffee/tea, self-service facilities, bottled water and toiletries (soap, hair shampoos, and gels, shower caps, etc.). Room service (12 hours a day with A-la-carte menu) and laundry services are also provided..
